You can also spend time in St. Vincent with its old-world charm, St. Lucia with its famous mountain skyline, emerald seas, and stunning beaches, and finally the nature island of the Caribbean, Dominica, brimming with lush rainforests, vibrant culture, towering mountains, and bubbling hot springs,
Day 1-3
Depart Gatwick, fly to St Kitts with a quick stopover in Antigua. Arrive mid-afternoon and check into the Koi Resort, one of the Curio Collection by Hilton for a 3-night stay (breakfast included). Perched on the Atlantic Coastline, a short distance from Basseterre the capital. St Kitts, Koi Resort is one of those places where you can point your camera, click, and get a great picture every time. From Timothy Hill you can see the whole of this beautiful island with the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Caribbean Sea on the other.
Day 4-6
You fly to Barbados this afternoon, so why not grab a bite from Island Bakeries on Bay Road – a local institution for decades- before you leave! Your flight to Barbados is just over an hour long. The choice of where to stay is massive but, we’ll make sure you’re in a suitable hotel, and in a suitable location that allows you to explore and enjoy all that Barbados has to offer over a 3 day stay! If you are lucky enough to be there over a Friday night you can experience a Friday night fish fry at Maxwell Beach! Check our website for more things to see and do.
Day 7-9
St Lucia awaits. Fly from St. Vincent to Vigie, with a brief stopover in Barbados. Vigie’s small airport is in the north of the Island with views over the Caribbean Sea and is just a stone’s throw from Castries, the capital! Just a few miles north is the delightful area of Rodney Bay and the charming Bay Gardens Hotel which oozes of local charm. There is lots you can do, and only 3 days in which to do it! Don’t miss the Pitons or the Coal Pot!
Day 10-13
In contrast to Barbados, St Vincent is a little sleepy. Your direct flight gets you in there in less than an hour, arriving early evening. You will be whisked away to Cobblestone Inn for a three-night stay from where you can easily explore the capital, Kingstown. St. Vincent’s lush, unspoilt beauty attracts nature lovers who enjoy hiking the island’s well-defined jungle trails, exploring exotic flora in the Botanic Gardens, or climbing the active volcano La Soufrière.
Day 14-15
Tranquillity calls. Dominica (not to be confused with the Dominican Republic) is our next and last stop. ‘Boutique’ and ‘unique’ are two words that aptly describe this island which is rustically comfortable and known as the most unspoiled island in the eastern Caribbean.
Your accommodation is centrally located in Roseau from where you can venture out and explore this unique island. For a special treat visit Palisades Restaurant in the Fort Young Hotel which has panoramic views of the Caribbean coastline. For a drink or snack try Ruins Rock Cafe in Roseau which some say has the best rum on the island.
Day 15
Sadly, your tour has come to an end. You’ll return to London via Barbados where you can do some duty-free shopping (perhaps a bottle of Mount Gay) and enjoy some patties and a punch at the café!
You’re flying Virgin Atlantic which some say is the best Trans-Atlantic experience, what’s more it’s a sleeper flight, so you can opt to upgrade to ensure you will be as comfortable as possible, flights with British Airways are also possible.
