Refund Policy

Refunds, if and when applicable, will be made only to the person making the payment or to someone they nominate. Where there is more than one payee on a booking, the party leader on a booking may be asked to confirm the payee.

Payments made by cards will be refunded back to the card originally used.

Payments made by any other means will be refunded by bank transfer or company cheque.

Monies will only be refunded when received from the vendor.

Please be advised that refunds can take from 6 weeks to 6 months to come back depending on the source of the tickets and on rare occasions longer, however the majority of refunds can be expected within 2 months. Please check with our agent for an expected time of turn around.

Where a ticket issued by us is re-issued by an airline, it may take a very long time to get a refund if one is applicable.

Any airline intervention can delay a refund.

We make no guarantees as to when and if you will get a refund, please check your terms and conditions on your documentation.

Deposits are 100% non-refundable as are any administration fees.

In all cases non-redeemable fees are not refunded.
