Payment Plan

In order to help our clients to budget for their trips we offer the added benefit of a flexible payment plan with a low deposit of as little as £50 on certain bookings made on certain flights with certain carriers as shown below.

We are also able to offer the payment plan on certain airlines to certain US and Canadian destinations, please ask our agent for details.

We are unable to offer the payment plan on other airlines or to other destinations.

HOW THE CUSTOMER PAYMENT PLAN WORKS

A non-refundable deposit of £50 per seat booked needs to be paid at the time of booking .

You will be given the date your balance is due which may differ from carrier to carrier.

The balance of the fare is due on the date given prior to departure, we will send a payment reminder approximately a week before the due date.

PAYING THE BALANCE IN INSTALMENTS OR WITH MORE THAN ONE PAYMENT TYPE

The forms of payment we currently take are Bank Transfers, Debit Cards and Cash, we only take Credit Cards for deposits of £50 per person and not for balances or part payment, this is because your card issuer levies a fee on us averaging 2% which the company cannot absorb.

Clients can make interim payments any time after they have paid the deposit and prior to the balance due deadline.
