Hand Baggage

Hand baggage allowances have been getting more and more generous over the years and we like to think that we have played our part in helping to get more allowance for our clients, which of course benefits everyone.

Earlier this year Virgin Atlantic’s hand baggage allowance was only 6kg when BA and Caribbean Airline were more generous. We took this up with our account manager at Virgin Atlantic who took it up with his team who in turn took it up with the powers that be…

After several weeks Virgin increased their hand baggage allowance to 10 kg which is in line with other carriers. Now all our passengers to Montego Bay, Barbados, Grenada ……. can enjoy a few more kilos, so can everyone else.

We like to think we had a hand in this.
